Create your own font

Have you even been compelled to create your own font? Here is a nifty little website that aids you in that venture. While you don't have the absolute control you might if you created it traditionally, but honestly who has really gone through all THAT work. Here is an easier more simplified method. Now you ask, how well do these fonts work in the real world, verdict is still out on that. Music video to flip for

Here is a band who is using print flip books to add interest to their video. Low tech, special effects, but creates an interesting visual. The same idea could easily be applied to a commercial and coordinated with an actual flip book product promotion. If I recall correctly, a while back Target did a nice little flip book where the dog did a little flip. Fun for the whole family.

Have you heard the latest Buzzword?

Buzzword IS an online word processor. Built on the Adobe Flash platform, it allows you to share, comment on and save word processing documents using only a web browser. Great for collaboration with others that might not have the Office Suite or may be travelling without their computer. Buzzword is currently in preview version and free to use.

The Buzzword team is actively working on features, such as PDF export, track changes, named styles, etc.
